Refund policy
Because each item is custom made, we do not accept returns on any of our items. We also do not accept returns on gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In order to receive a replacement or refund for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, photo evidence of the issue must be provided to The Inspired Grain within 10 days of receipt of the item. Please contact us at hello@theinspiredgrain.com describing the issue with the item and include a photo. Replacement or refund of any item is at the sole discretion of The Inspired Grain LLC.
